These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the National Government Contract Center ("NGCC"), a private business service operated by Apropos Group LLC. By accessing or using NGCC, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Nature of the Service

NGCC provides business-oriented government-contract intelligence, opportunity discovery, organization, matching, scoring, research support, dashboards, workflow tools, and related services. Features may include information derived from federal, state, local, educational, and other public procurement sources.

Not a Government Agency

NGCC and Apropos Group LLC are not government agencies and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency unless a specific written statement expressly says otherwise.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of account access, reviewing solicitation documents directly, confirming deadlines and eligibility requirements, and independently determining whether to pursue an opportunity.

Government Opportunity Information

NGCC may collect, organize, summarize, score, or display information sourced from public records and government procurement systems. Government postings may be amended, cancelled, delayed, corrected, or replaced. The controlling source is the official solicitation and issuing authority. Users should verify all material information directly with the official source before acting.

No Guarantee of Awards or Results

NGCC does not guarantee contract awards, proposal acceptance, eligibility, profitability, revenue, business growth, funding, certification, or any other outcome. Matching, scoring, recommendations, and artificial-intelligence-assisted outputs are informational and decision-support tools only.

Proposal and Business Support

Any proposal-development, capability, research, assessment, drafting, or business-support service is intended to assist the user. The user remains responsible for reviewing final submissions, confirming compliance with solicitation requirements, and obtaining qualified legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or other professional advice when appropriate.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse NGCC, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful or deceptive information, use the service to violate procurement rules, or reproduce or exploit protected service content in violation of applicable rights or agreements.

Accounts and Access

Certain features may require verified access. Users are responsible for protecting their email accounts, devices, access codes, sessions, and credentials. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, systems, or legal compliance.

Third-Party Services and Sources

NGCC may depend on or link to third-party websites, government portals, data sources, hosting providers, authentication services, artificial-intelligence services, or other systems. Apropos Group LLC does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent availability, content, security, or policies.

Availability and Changes

NGCC may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual Property

NGCC branding, original software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Apropos Group LLC except where otherwise stated. Government records and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and use rules.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and used in connection with NGCC.

Limitation of Reliance

Users should not rely solely on NGCC for legal, regulatory, procurement, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional determinations. Important decisions should be verified using official sources and appropriate qualified professionals.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as NGCC services evolve. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
